It's a deliberate distraction from the real issues as wages, work safty and housing affordability. Bots , fake Nationalist pages and troll farms are doing their thing. I have read that Steve Bannon him self as well as the corperat interests behind Trump are also involved. Seriously frightening. I had hoped Australians on average were not this stupid. Yet it looks like we are going down the Trump path. Yet we have two years before the federal election.

Our dear corporate media isn't helping.

Remember this surge in the far right in England and Europe is also occurring. This is no coincidence. I suspect some very narferious anti democratic forces are at work. The same ones behind Trump.

Albo didn't take cgt reform to the election. So what?

 

Albo couldn't take his plans to the election to reform the CGT system to favour home buyers over house market speculators because he would, as Rudd, Gillard and Shorten were, be pillared by the Murdoch press. Who buy the way are one of Australias largest housing speculators. So Albo didn't mention his CGT loop hole tax reform.  To the rich investors have a good cry to your banker. 

House prices are finally falling. Thus more young people can set up a family home. Inevitably but it will take time. Yet once the CGT reforms were brought in house prices dropped on average by 10%.

People dont realise what they're voting for concerning One Nation

Yet i suspect the money behind these bots and Troll sites comes from the same hidden money behind Trumps bots. 

People do not realise they are voting against their interests. That the Agenda of both the LNP hard right and One Nation seek to lower significantly the taxes on the Rich, not solve the housing crisses, yes close our boarders to non whites, remove our affordable health and education. Remove work safty and lower our wages 

Even may be to remove social security all togethet. Plus a lot more.

We have also a comming economic crissis brougt to you by Trumps and Israels war with Iran. Unfortunatly most of our maunstreem media will blam Labor. This is probably the most frightening time ever in my life concerning Australias future.

On an article by the Australian claiming one nasty nation will get a third of second preferences from non one nation voters.

One turd nation represents the very opposite of what the Greens and the Teals are about. Especially concerning climate change policy, non racist immigration and workers rights. They will receive zero preferences from people who vote this way. As for other independents,  Liberal  and Labor voters. Maybe a few but certainly not a third. If anything moderate conservatives will see one nasty nation a real threat to our Democracy. Very really do i agree with the Australian. Dutton made trumpian noises and the LNP lost the last federal election in a landslide. Despite the best efforts of the mainstream press to attack Albo and promote Dutton.

Albos been under severe pressure from a well organised LNP controlled campaign. Now former Labor parliamentarians are asking Albo to organise a Royal Commission. He knows that the official inquiry by the police of the incident is reporting in April.  A Jewish group has an on line partishon against the obvious politicisation of this tragedy. 

In previous similar tragedies. When the LNP wete in power such as the linkon cafe and Port Auther tragedies. Labor suppoted the then LNP governments and didn't seek political advantage. 

He's done all he can. Murdoch and the LNP smell his governments blood in the water. You can garentee they will.come for Federal Labor on another issue. THIS IS THE TRUMPISM OF AUSTRALIAN POLITICS. How deeply sad. As for our democracy under a future LNP Federal government. I think we know.

Political point scoring from Bondi Tragedy

The NSW state government is undertaking a royal commission into the Bondi tragedy. With full cooperation of the Federal government. Why double up the cost?The conservative press likes to whip Labor for so called cost blow outs. 

Secondly this Royal commission cannot start till after the initial police investigation. 

This is pure political theatre to try and undermine the Albanesy Government. Stop using this tragedy to score political points.

With sky news being utterly hyperbolic of their hate for Labor and love of Dutton. Right up to the night before the federal election this media were predicting a Dutton land slide. Oh dear. You should have seen the red faces on sky news the day after Labor won in a landslide. They don't get it. The silent majority are too educated here in Aus. Advanced Australia is trolling social media to deliberatly link the Bondi tragedy to Albo. Sadly much of our mainstream media has jumped on board this blame Albo bullshit. Its fugly far right politics at its worse. I wonder if our dear business owners are still pissed about Labor winning 94 seats in the last Federal Election? Especially given they over whelming supported the LNP. 

In the mean time a government enquiry into ASIOs mistakes around their servalence of the Bondi terrorists is currently happening.

When Morrison was PM when an Australian gunman shot and killed 51 people in NZ who were Muslim, Abbott was PM when a Muslim shot people at the Lindt cafe in Sydney, Howard was PM when a white Australian shot and killed 35 tourists, I cannot recall a pile on by an opposition or the media with calls like  "Blood on His Hands" of any of the PM"s such  as we are witnessing today against Anthony Albanese

Labor has never used Australian based terrorist attacks as political opportunitie or for devision. When they wete in opposition.  For the side of politics that's supposed to be a bit ruff. They showed civic responsibility and class.

Oh dear. Out of the cupboards they come. Screaming its Albos fault. Really? No mention of the thousands of children killed out right by Israel's attack on the Gaza Strip nor the thousands that have starved due to Israel's food blockade. To be fair this is not the ordinary Jews fault but the fault of the extreme right wing Zionist government in control of Israel. I feel sorry for the victims at Bondi Beach. I also impressed by that Muslim hero who disarmed one of the gun men. Albo is not responsible for the rise in anti sematism in Australia. That lays at the feet of the extreme right Zionists.

SOWING THE SEEDS OF CONFUSION

Be wary of fake climate science reports. The fossil fuel industry is making claims , pretending to be from scientists, which are demonstratiling not true. Examples. Climate scientists claim we must reduce meat eating by 90% to save our planet or Climate Scientists predicte that global warming will lead to a new ice age. 

Another is to over play sea level rises. Yes some low lying coastal and river front areas are already being effected. In Pupua New Guinea people are moving the villages further up the coastal mountains. Places like Lancelin and Dunsborough coastal houses on low lying coastal areas have lost their beach front and lawns. Yet sea level rises are very incrementally. A 1cm or so a year roughly. Sea level rises won't really effect civilisation for a number of decades.

None of these claims urgency are supported by actual climate scientists. Feed cows particular sea weeds to reduce methane and some cooling of eastern Europe could occur to the slowing of the golf stream.  Build sea walls to counter current sea level rises. 

The aim of deliberat climate change alarmist articles is to promote cynicism towards man made climate change. Also to sowing the seads of confusion around global warming. This is a fossil fuel shill tactic we need to be aware of.

What global warming currently is bringing in is increase in fires, droughts, floods, hurricanes etc. This is already happening and is set to get a lot worse in the near future.

The real debate today is about how much democracy we allow in our economic life, and there are plenty of real-world examples where it works.

Worker-owned and cooperative models:

- Mondragon (Spain): Over 80,000 workers, democratically run, profitable for decades.

- Co-op sectors in Italy’s Emilia-Romagna region: 30% of the economy is cooperative, with higher wages and more stable employment than surrounding regions.

- Credit unions across the U.S.: There are over 4,000 federally insured, member-owned financial institutions serving over 142 million members.

- REI (Recreational Equipment, Inc) and ACE Hardware in the U.S.: large cooperatives competing successfully in the market.

Public goods that outperform private markets:

 - Public healthcare systems (Canada, UK, France, Germany): universal coverage, better outcomes, half the cost of the U.S. system.

- Public energy utilities (Nebraska is 100% publicly owned): lower rates, more reliability.

-Public broadband (Chattanooga, TN): faster and cheaper than any private ISP.

None of these are “communism.” 

They’re democratic, mixed economies with markets, public goods, and worker-run enterprises coexisting. And they consistently outperform pure corporate capitalism on equity, stability, and human wellbeing.

The real question isn’t “capitalism or communism.” It’s:

How much democracy and quality of live do we want in the economy? 

We already have plenty of examples showing that more democracy in the economy — not less — produces better outcomes. 

Trumpie trys again for the Nobel Peace prize

 Ukraine and Europe refuse this Trump/Putin peace deal. Which was exactly the same as the one proposed by Trump a few months ago. Trump also threatened Ukraine of refusing to send arms and share intelligence to Ukraine back then. If they refused that peace deal. In about a month the US was back to supplying arms via Europe buying them for Ukraine and sharing intelligence. Poor putrid 💩 in. Trump is always about what's good for him and the money. Plus the sexual pervert child abuse dirt Russia has on Trump will be again ignored by his rusted on supporters. Including the far right jebus freaks. They can now way it's AI. As for Trumpie Nobel Peace prize. He should win the Nobel Nobhead prize instead.

Warning Trump Fascism is closer

 

Steve Bannon and the people behind project 2025 will be very pleased. Their plans are truly unfolding. Trump has successfully used the illegal immigration issue as one a means to win the election and now two a means to set up a Gestapo (ICE). Plus build concentration camps both in the US and in other countries (with dodgy human rights records). His ice agents are now arresting Latin looking people with out due process (Checking that they are legally in the country) and either expelling them from the US or under trumpt (excuse the pun) up charges (again no due process) and sending them currently to harsh prisons in Latin American dictatorship controlled countries such as El Salvador.

Trump is also now laying the foundation to steal future US elections. In the last federal US election dodgy practices occurred in Republican controlled states. Voter restrictions such as requiring woman to be registered to vote under their maiden name. Closing polling booths early in traditional Democrat voting areas. Then there was Musks silly business. His star link controlled voting platforms. Missing ballots. The refusal to count mail in votes by again red state controlled voting agencies. Then there was the obvious Russian Troll army pushing the Trump vote and dominating social media. All this helped of course.

Yet according to professional pollsters this dodgy vote interference would only effect 1.5% of the over all vote. Giving Trump the advantage over Kamilla. The main out standing issue is no president has ever won all the swing states. Kamila  got votes over 8 million, Trump just over 7 million votes but thanks to decades of Republican gerrymandering. Trump won both houses.  

Abbott Texas Governor is now gerrymandering further Texas as are other Red States. Good news the Democrats are countering this by doing the same in Blue states.

We will see how this works in the Midterms. Now Trumps project 2025 is kicking in (no more food stamps) and the Tarrifs have caused hyper inflation. Trumps approval rating along with the Republicans are at their lowest.
